Job DescriptionResponsibilitiesBe the OT Champion - Lead and support our Electronic Device History Reporting system, ensuring seamless integration between machines, instruments, and our MES SystemNetwork Infrastructure Guru - Take ownership of our physical network infrastructure, keeping our IDF and MDF rooms organized and optimized for peak performanceTech Support Extraordinaire - Collaborate with local IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve computer, printer, phone, and network challenges that ariseEmergency Response Hero - Jump into action during priority incidents, helping restore critical systems when they're not performing as expectedProject Management Wizard - Oversee installation and support of Operational Technology and Business Applications across multiple sites, working with project teams to plan for future needsSecurity Sentinel - Ensure all technology meets corporate security requirements and standardsCorporate Collaboration Star - Partner with corporate on manufacturing IT infrastructure initiatives and cybersecurity improvementsMulti-Site Support Specialist - Provide technical expertise across locations, becoming a valued resource for all IT-related challengesTechnology Polyglot - Develop comprehensive knowledge of manufacturing IT/OT systems including PLCs, HMIs, and Windows environmentsCybersecurity Advocate - Master BD's OT Cybersecurity standards and ensure complianceProblem-Solving Pioneer - Create innovative solutions to IT/OT challenges as they emergeUpgrade Orchestrator - Maintain and support OT software/hardware through version upgrades and changesCorporate Initiative Liaison - Evaluate how corporate IT directives impact local operations and provide final approvals for site changesStrategic Technology Advisor - Guide purchasing decisions for hardware and software upgradesMinimum Requirement:Bachelor's Degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Compensation:The expected Base Pay Range for this role is $ 95,900.00 - 153,400.00 USD Annual plus incentives.
