Entry Level Toyota Technician

Overview Fred Anderson Automotive Group is hiring entry‑level technicians for its Toyota of Asheville location. This role offers a fast entry into automotive service, with a company that values career growth and development for its associates. Responsibilities Perform factory‑scheduled maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, lubrication, and fluid replacement. Replace tires, wipers, filters, and other consumables as needed. Check and monitor routine gauges such as tire pressure, transmission and power‑steering fluid levels. Use the company’s video multi‑point inspection system to document service. Participate in ongoing training and classes to stay current on vehicle technology. Provide customers with a high‑quality service experience. Qualifications Friendly and outgoing personality. Strong communication and organizational skills. Prior hands‑on technical or automotive experience is a plus. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. High school diploma or equivalent.
