Administrative Assistant

Administrative Assistant FCA Wrestling & Girls Wrestling GA
The Administrative Assistant will serve in a dual role within FCA Wrestling Georgia, providing comprehensive administrative support while also helping lead and grow the FCA Girls Wrestling ministry in Georgia.
Primary Administrative Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee camp registration processes and participant communication
- Coordinate communication with coaches, athletes, and volunteers
- Maintain databases and organizational systems
- Provide technology support for ministry operations and events
- Assist with scheduling, reporting, and general office management
- Support event logistics and ministry initiatives
Girls Wrestling Ministry Leadership Responsibilities:
- Help lead and develop FCA Georgia Girls Wrestling ministry initiatives
- Build relationships with female wrestlers and coaches
- Assist in coordinating outreach opportunities, huddles, and events
- Support discipleship efforts and spiritual growth opportunities
- Represent FCA at girls wrestling competitions, camps, and gatherings
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Proficiency with technology and database systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively
- A heart for ministry and alignment with the mission and values of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes
- Passion for wrestling and developing female athletes spiritually and personally
This position requires both operational excellence and a heart for ministry, as it blends administrative leadership with relational discipleship and outreach.
