We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping Clerk / Material Handler to join a fast-paced warehouse and shipping team. This is a great opportunity for someone with warehouse, shipping, or forklift experience who is looking for a stable position with room to grow.

This role requires flexibility, teamwork, and a strong work ethic. Candidates must be comfortable staying late when needed to ensure trucks are loaded and unloaded efficiently. This is not a strict "clock out at 5 PM" environment-team members work together to complete the day's responsibilities.

What You'll Do

• Pick and prepare orders for shipment
• Load and unload trucks safely and accurately
• Verify orders, labels, bills of lading, and shipping paperwork
• Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment (training available if needed)
• Use banding/wrapping equipment to secure shipments
• Maintain inventory accuracy and complete transactions in the system
• Utilize hand scanners and computer systems to track orders and shipments
• Communicate with carriers and schedule pickups
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment

What We're Looking For

• Previous shipping, warehouse, or material handling experience preferred
• Forklift experience is helpful (training available)
• SAP or hand scanner experience is a plus
• Comfortable using computers and learning new software systems
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Flexible schedule and willingness to work overtime as needed
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in an active warehouse environment
