Production Associate

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Production Associate to support hose production operations. This role involves pulling, cutting, and palletizing hoses while ensuring accuracy, quality, and safety standards are met in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pull hoses from reels and prepare materials for cutting and processing
• Measure and cut hoses to specified lengths using cutting equipment
• Inspect hoses for defects and ensure products meet quality standards
• Coil, bundle, and palletize finished hoses for shipment
• Label products accurately and prepare orders for distribution
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with safety and 5S standards
• Follow all safety procedures and use proper PPE at all times
• Assist with general production duties as needed

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a warehouse or production environment preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand for extended periods

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience using measuring tools and cutting equipment
• Familiarity with palletizing and shipping processes
• Basic knowledge of warehouse safety practices
