Project Support Coordinator

Job Title: Onsite Project Coordinator – Oil & Gas Location: Midland, TX Work Arrangement: Onsite Employment Type: Full Time Job Overview We are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator with an Oil & Gas / Refinery / Petrochemical background to support onsite field activities in Midland, Texas. The role will involve coordinating field teams, supporting site activities, tracking project progress, and working closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of project activities. Key Responsibilities Coordinate day-to-day onsite project and field activities. Work closely with field engineers, project teams, clients, and vendors. Coordinate field walkdowns and verification activities. Review and work with engineering documents such as P&IDs, Plot Plans, equipment information, and instrumentation documentation. Track project activities, deliverables, action items, and deadlines. Coordinate site access, work readiness, documentation, and other onsite requirements. Identify and follow up on discrepancies, missing information, and project-related queries. Prepare progress updates, trackers, and project status reports. Participate in project meetings and communicate updates, risks, and dependencies. Ensure field activities and documentation are completed accurately and on schedule. Required Qualifications BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering discipline. Experience in Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemical, or Process Plant environments. Previous experience in Project Coordination, Site Coordination, Field Coordination, or similar roles. Experience supporting field walkdowns, inspections, or verification activities. Familiarity with P&IDs, Plot Plans, equipment tags, instruments, and plant documentation. Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills. Experience with project trackers, action items, deliverables, and progress reporting. Ability to work onsite in Midland, Texas. Preferred Experience Field verification / plant walkdown projects. Equipment and instrumentation documentation. Client and vendor coordination. Refinery or petrochemical facility experience.
