Lab Sales Director (Individual Contributor)

Overview The Director of Sales is a dynamic, high-performing sales leader responsible for prospecting and closing new accounts, while partnering with account managers to grow existing business. The ideal candidate brings proven experience in revenue cycle management and a track record of success in healthcare technology sales. In this role, you will build and maintain C-suite relationships across your territory, support account management teams in identifying new opportunities, and actively listen to customer needs to develop innovative solutions. We are looking for someone who excels at contract negotiation, consistently exceeds sales quotas, and thrives in a relationship-driven, consultative sales environment.
