A/P Specialist

Accounts Payable Clerk / AP Assistant - $24-$26/hr | On-Site

A well-established organization in the Calabasas area is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to support its accounting team. This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative, close-knit environment with consistent workflow and hands-on responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process high-volume accounts payable, including approximately 100 invoices per week
• Perform 3-way matching of invoices, purchase orders, and receipts
• Assist with check runs and mailing of payments
• Enter and scan data into the company's ERP system
• Maintain accuracy and organization of financial records

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of accounts payable experience
• Experience with high-volume invoice processing and 3-way matching
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable working with data entry and accounting systems
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment

Position Details:

• Full-time, contract-to-hire opportunity
• 100% on-site role
• Pay range: $24-$26 per hour
