Job Summary

We are hiring a Field Technician to support field service and plant operations involving industrial water treatment systems. This role includes equipment installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and support of resin regeneration operations.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair pumps, filtration, UF, NF, RO, and DI systems
• Support equipment startup, commissioning, and onsite operations
• Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control issues
• Complete service reports, inspections, and work documentation
• Assist with resin unloading, transfer, regeneration, remixing, and loading
• Operate and maintain plant equipment including pumps, compressors, tanks, and filtration systems
• Support RO/EDI systems, DI pod operations, and trailer loading/unloading
• Perform quality checks and help resolve operational issues
• Follow all safety procedures and proper chemical handling practices
• Maintain clean work areas and support other departments as needed

Qualifications
Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, field service, water treatment, or related technician work
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

Skills

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
• Basic electrical and controls knowledge
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
• Basic computer skills for reports and logs

Physical & Schedule Requirements

• Hours: 7:30-4:30, Full Time, Weekends based out of our Houston Site + local and out of state travel
• Nationwide travel dependent work schedule
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, perform physical work in industrial and outdoor environments
