Manage ventilator support, vasoactive and sedation titration, and hemodynamic monitoring. Recognize and treat cardiac dysrhythmias; oversee post-STEMI care and related hemodynamic needs. Collaborate with physicians, intensivists, and the multidisciplinary team; participate in rounds and develop care plans. Monitor for deterioration, respond to emergencies, and implement evidence-based interventions to optimize outcomes. Ensure infection control, patient safety, and accurate medication administration; document care activities thoroughly.
