Site Receptionist

This position reports to the Principal and is a 9-month contract with a salary range of $11.37 - $13.46 based on experience. The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 1-3 years of general office experience. Computer literacy and excellent interpersonal skills are essential. The receptionist will operate a multi-line switchboard, receive and screen calls, and route them to the appropriate staff. They will also manage visitor check-ins, answer inquiries, perform clerical duties, and assist with various projects. The candidate must have the ability to use sound judgment, handle changes effectively, and maintain a professional image. The position requires frequent standing, walking, and sitting, along with the ability to lift up to 24 pounds occasionally.
