Utilizing evidence-based tools to evaluate prescribed medications, the full-time Tennessee Licensed RN Pharmacy will manage patient safety and quality standards while working remotely, with a schedule of Monday through Friday from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM CST after initial training. Key responsibilities Perform clinical assessments and evaluate patient drug usage and physician prescribing patterns Negotiate appropriate levels of care and changes in pharmacy plans with providers Act as a resource for clients, nursing staff, and claims examiners regarding pharmacy issues Required qualifications Active unrestricted RN license in a state or territory of the United States Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) preferred or equivalent work experience Certification in case management, pharmacy, rehabilitation nursing, or a related specialty is highly preferred Four years of related experience, including two years of direct clinical care or case management/utilization management
