Driving client success in a fully remote capacity, the full-time Implementation Project Manager will oversee the software implementation process for new clients, ensuring a seamless transition to the LMS while acting as the main point of contact and providing expert guidance throughout the project lifecycle. Key responsibilities Own the end-to-end software implementation process, managing client communications and project timelines Gather and document client requirements, confirming project scope and developing achievable goals Provide in-depth training on the LMS, customizing best practices and workflows to meet client needs Required qualifications 4+ years of experience in Client Onboarding, Implementation, or Project Management in software environments Previous training experience or software training background Understanding of basic online/SaaS concepts Proven time management skills Project-oriented mindset
