Company Description Above and Beyond Learning Group (ABLG) is a therapeutic intervention agency specializing in applied behavior analysis (ABA) for individuals with Autism and related disorders, from 18 months to 21 years of age. Highly experienced staff provide ABA therapy across homes, schools, and community settings, offering flexible and context-sensitive support. ABLG is a New Jersey State-approved agency by the Department of Education, and its billing department (ACE) has strong expertise in accessing ABA therapy through qualifying insurance plans. The organization's mission is to deliver best-practice ABA therapy, educate families and communities, and provide comprehensive clinical support for the individuals it serves and the teams that support them. Services include in-home therapy programs, functional behavior assessments and analyses, behavior reduction planning, workshops, parent training, and school district consultation. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) located in Fairfield, NJ. The BCBA will conduct functional behavior assessments and analyses, develop individualized treatment plans, and design behavior reduction and skill acquisition programs for clients with Autism and related disorders. Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising behavior technicians, monitoring treatment fidelity, analyzing data to guide clinical decisions, and adjusting interventions to ensure progress. The BCBA will collaborate with families, school personnel, and community stakeholders, provide parent and caregiver training, and participate in workshops and consultations for school districts. The role also involves maintaining accurate documentation, ensuring compliance with ethical and regulatory standards, and actively contributing to a supportive, learning-focused clinical environment. Qualifications Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and eligibility to practice in New Jersey; master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field. Demonstrated experience providing ABA services to individuals with Autism or related disorders, including conducting functional behavior assessments, functional analyses, and developing behavior intervention plans. Strong skills in data collection, analysis, and interpretation to inform clinical decision-making and monitor progress over time. Ability to supervise, train, and support behavior technicians and other team members, promoting high standards of treatment integrity and professional conduct. Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with families, school districts, and community partners, including delivering parent training and professional workshops. Knowledge of relevant ethical guidelines, regulatory requirements, and best practices in ABA, with a commitment to person-centered, culturally responsive care. Comfort working in home, school, and community environments, with reliable transportation to travel to assigned locations as needed. Experience with insurance-based ABA services and documentation is beneficial; prior work within NJ school systems or special education settings is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
