What You'll Do

Provide compassionate care to patients while creating a positive experience for clients.

Assist with patient examinations, treatments, diagnostics, and medical procedures based on your experience and training.

Obtain and document accurate patient histories and maintain complete medical records.

Safely handle and restrain animals during examinations and procedures.

Communicate important patient information with veterinarians and other team members.

Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe hospital environment.

Use veterinary medical software and computer programs to complete daily tasks and documentation.

Work collaboratively with the team to support efficient hospital operations and high-quality patient care.

Take initiative, help solve problems, and step in where needed to keep the hospital running smoothly.

Demonstrate professionalism, honesty, discretion, and integrity when working with clients and coworkers.

What You Bring to the Table

A genuine passion for animal care and a commitment to providing excellent service to pets and their families.

At least one year of veterinary experience preferred.

Weekend availability is required.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with a team.

A positive, dependable, can-do attitude and willingness to take on new responsibilities.

Good judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to find solutions when challenges arise.

Confidence working around animals and interacting with clients in a veterinary hospital setting.

Basic computer skills and the ability to learn veterinary software and programs such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

The ability to stay organized and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

A willingness to learn, grow, and contribute to a supportive team culture.
