Purchasing Associate (Bilingual Korean Required)\n\nTimpl has partnered with a leading global manufacturer of innovative building\nand industrial materials, specializing in surfaces, flooring, and automotive\ncomponents. . And they're looking for a Purchasing Associate.\n\n\nKey Responsibilities\n * Assist in sourcing and purchasing materials, components, and services\n according to company requirements.\n * Process purchase requisitions, create purchase orders, and maintain accurate\n procurement records.\n * Communicate with suppliers to obtain quotes, track shipments, and resolve\n delivery issues.\n * Monitor supplier performance, including on-time delivery, quality, and\n pricing compliance.\n * Maintain and update vendor master data and procurement files.\n * Assist in negotiating prices, contracts, and terms with suppliers under\n supervision of Purchasing Manager.\n * Support inventory management by coordinating with warehouse and production\n teams to ensure material availability.\n * Participate in cost analysis, spend reporting, and procurement process\n improvements.\n * Ensure compliance with company policies, procurement procedures, and\n regulatory requirements.\n\n\nQualifications\n * Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field\n preferred.\n * 1-3 years of procurement, purchasing, or supply chain experience.\n * Knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, and inventory\n systems.\n * Strong communication and negotiation skills.\n * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ERP systems (SAP\n preferred).\n * Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.\n * Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.\n * Bilingual (English/Korean or English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.\n\n\n
