Center Director

This is not a traditional administrative management role. We are looking for a high-energy operator who enjoys building relationships, driving enrollment growth, leading teams, and creating an exceptional experience for kids and families. What You’ll Do Drive student enrollment and retention through relationship building and community outreach Recruit, hire, train, coach, schedule, and manage Code Senseis Open and close the center and oversee day-to-day operations Create a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment for students and families Build relationships with schools, organizations, and local businesses Identify and attend community events to promote the center Lead tours and enrollment conversations with prospective families Ensure the center operates in accordance with the Code Ninjas Playbook and franchise standards Support a positive, high-energy dojo culture focused on learning and achievement Who Thrives Here Entrepreneurial self-starters who enjoy building things Community-minded leaders who enjoy networking and outreach Relationship-builders who connect naturally with parents and kids Operators who take ownership and solve problems proactively Leaders energized by growth, culture, and team development Qualifications Experience leading teams or managing operations Experience in sales, enrollment growth, hospitality, retail leadership, fitness, youth programs, education, or customer-facing leadership roles preferred Comfortable working evenings and weekends Strong interpersonal and communication skills Technical familiarity or comfort with STEM/coding concepts is a plus Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required Compensation Base Salary: $45,000 – $55,000 Performance-based bonus opportunity tied to center enrollment growth High performers have the opportunity to significantly increase total compensation through growth incentives Schedule This is a full-time position expected to average at least 40 hours per week. Estimated operating hours are anticipated to include: Weekdays: approximately 3:30 PM – 8:00 PM Weekends: approximately 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM The center is expected to be closed on Friday and Sunday. Non-operating hours are expected to focus on community outreach, planning, staff management, and enrollment growth initiatives.
