Qualifications

• State License License must be in hand at time of application.
• Certifications ARRT (CI) or ARRT (R)
• Certifications BLS or BLS (AHA). Willing to obtain allowed for BLS or BLS (AHA).
• Specialty Experience 1+ years of experience in Cardiovascular Interventional Radiology in last 3 years.
• Skills Assessment CIR skills assessment with 2.7+ score.
• References 1 reference within the last 1 year. 1 Supervisor reference within the last 1 year.
• Additional Confirmations I have not worked as a permanent employee of the health system in the past year.
• Additional Confirmations I have not requested more than one holiday off during my assignment.
• Additional Confirmations I confirm I have all the following experience: Cath Lab experience. Must have experience in sterile technique and scrubbing cath lab procedures (angiogram, PCI, complex cases, device implants, etc.). Must have experience with Impella and IABP. Must have Cerner EMR experience.
• Travel Contract Local contracts within 50.0 miles not accepted.
