We are seeking an experienced Behavioral Health Supervisor to lead an Adult Outpatient Mental Health program. This role is responsible for overseeing daily clinical and administrative operations while supporting a multidisciplinary team in delivering high-quality behavioral health services.
Schedule
- Monday – Thursday: 8:30 AM – 7:00 PM
- Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Flexible scheduling available
- Occasional evenings/weekends and after-hours crisis support as needed
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling
- Active Michigan LMSW, LPC, or LLP license (Full License Required)
- Minimum 3 years of experience treating adults with mental health and/or substance use disorders
- Community mental health experience highly preferred
- Experience with individual, family, and group therapy
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
