Maintenance Manager

Judge Direct Placement is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Chicago, IL area!
Responsibilities:- Manage the projecting maintenance program
- Plan routine maintenance schedule and follow up on all problems to develop solutions
- Maximize available run time
- Monitor and repair breakdowns
- Keep upper management informed of issues that affect performance
- Ensure all safety devices are properly installed
- Ensure all parts and equipment remain at approved levels
- Responsible for supervising employees
- Adjust work schedule to meet production requirements
- Ensure all company, state, and federal requirements are met
- Supervise, train and develop subordinates
- 3+ years related experience
- General knowledge of computerized maintenance management systems
- Knowledge of food plant production and processing equipment
- Knowledge of EPA regulations USDA and sanitation standards
- Previous supervisor experience
- Basic computer skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic mathematical and problem solving skills
