Construction Operations Manager

We're seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team and add immediate value! This is a position that is heavy on travel, supporting our many high-profile customers. This position is ideal for a hands-on construction owner and should have very strong knowledge of multiple construction trades to be able to train and develop crews and crew supervisors as needed. Strong technical skills across all construction trades. Ability to travel extensively as required. Exemplary leadership skills with the ability to develop and train teams. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Responsibilities Ensure each job is completed on schedule with a goal of zero punch items. Maintain project schedules, budgets, and safety compliance. This is a hands-on role where all employees, regardless of title, actively contribute on job sites.
