About the Organization Wet Willie's was started in 1988 by a small group of friends, including our current Chief Executive Officer. The group began the research required to meld the frozen drink concept with fun food, a casual upbeat, pleasant atmosphere and an efficient organization yielding the right mix of flavor, fun, and success. Responsibilities Greet guests in a timely manner with a positive attitude Provide excellent customer service Process cash, credit card, and other payment transactions efficiently. Clear, clean, and reset tables with condiments and silverware Maintain clean dining area(s) and service area(s) at all times. Complete sidework at the beginning and end of each shift. Requirements High school graduate or equivalent preferred. Must be 18 years of age or older. Valid Food Worker Card and/or TIPS/Bar card (if applicable in your state). Preferred a minimum of one year of previous serving experience. Ability to effectively communicate in English (verbal and written). Must have a courteous, friendly, and professional demeanor.
