Nurse Manager - General Surgery

We are seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager for a busy surgical unit, responsible for overseeing daily operations to ensure safe, evidence-based, and compassionate patient care. Key Responsibilities Include Supervising and mentoring nursing staff to promote professional growth. Managing staffing, budgets, and resource allocation effectively. Driving quality improvement and patient safety initiatives. Collaborating with surgeons and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care. Fostering an inclusive and supportive work environment. Supporting continuous improvement and community-focused, innovative care delivery. Qualifications And Skills Strong leadership and management abilities. Experience in surgical or acute care settings.
