Gas Utility Foreman As a hands‑on Gas Utility Foreman, you will use your 2+ years of gas utility experience to manage job sites—planning and executing tasks safely and efficiently to ensure projects are completed on time. In this leadership role, you will guide your crew by providing coaching and training, helping team members grow and develop their skillsets to achieve long‑term success. What You’ll Do Coordinate equipment and crews from start to finish, ensuring resources are in place and the job is completed safely. Coach on proper use and process to ensure safety and quality of work. Oversee Dig Safe marking and coordinate any issues with utilities. Support the crew by operating equipment, pipefitting, and laboring to exhibit teamwork. Complete paperwork, reports, and status updates. Maintain all industry-required Operator Qualifications. Perform other tasks as requested by leadership. What You’ll Have High School diploma or equivalent. Valid driver’s license. 2+ years prior experience in the gas utility industry. Working safely requires quick/accurate hand‑eye coordination and the ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.
