Federal Project Manager

Our client is an established General Contractor with a strong pipeline of federal construction projects throughout the Philadelphia and North Jersey markets. They are looking to add an experienced Project Manager to support continued growth.

Manage federal construction projects from start to finish. Oversee budgets, schedules, RFIs, submittals, and change orders. Coordinate with government clients, subcontractors, and project teams. Work closely with Superintendents to maintain schedule and budget. Manage subcontractor buyout and project documentation. Lead project meetings and communicate progress to stakeholders. Ensure projects meet federal quality and safety requirements.

A successful Federal Project Manager should have: 5+ years of construction project management experience. Strong experience working on federal or government projects. Experience working for a General Contractor. Ability to manage projects from preconstruction through closeout. Strong knowledge of budgets, schedules, contracts, and change orders. Strong communication and client-facing skills. Proficiency with construction project management software.
