Lead Inventory Cntrl Assistant

In this role, you will impact the accuracy and reliability of inventory data, contributing to improved supply chain efficiency and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Experience in inventory control or materials management within a manufacturing or distribution environment. Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and data accuracy principles. Proficiency with inventory tracking software and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel for data analysis and reporting. Ability to identify discrepancies and support resolution processes effectively. Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

5+ years of experience in inventory planning or supply chain management Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficient in using inventory management software and tools Excellent communication and negotiation abilities Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams

WE VALUE

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field. Experience working in inventory control or supply chain roles supporting production environments. Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or PeopleSoft. Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple priorities.
