New Construction Plumbers/Residential PlumbersBayonet Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning, a division of IES, has openings for New Construction Plumbers/Residential Plumbers. Experienced Plumbers or Helpers, Phase Specialists, Sewer Crew, Rough-In Specialists, and Three-Phase Plumbers are welcome to apply.Qualifications:Valid Florida driver's license with a 3-year clean driving record.Punctual, reliable, and self-motivated.Ability to work independently.Good communication skills.Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background screening.Work Environment:Work is performed primarily on residential new construction job sites.Employees may work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat, humidity, and rain.Exposure to construction-related noise, dust, and equipment is common.Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required as needed.Physical Requirements:Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly.Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, and climb for extended periods.Ability to work in confined spaces, attics, crawl spaces, and on ladders.Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination required to operate tools and equipment safely.Compensation:$20–$60 a fixture on straight time (depending on phase)$30–$90 a fixture on overtime (depending on phase) Yes, we pay overtime on piece rate — it's the law!
