The Aubrey Dentist - Dental Assistant Welcome to The Aubrey Dentist! We are a thriving private practice located in a beautiful, spacious standalone building right here in Aubrey. We believe dental visits should be pleasant for both our patients and our staff. With a streamlined team of one doctor and one hygienist per day, we offer a focused, calm, and friendly environment where you aren't just a number—you’re a key part of our dental family. Title Dental assistant Job Description Patient Connection: Building rapport and helping patients feel welcomed and appreciated. Clinical Support: Assisting the Dr. in providing safe, proficient treatments; conducting assessments, reviewing medical histories, and recording vitals. Prep Work: Taking digital X-rays (digital sensors), capturing preliminary impressions, selecting crown shades, and managing informed consent. Office Care: Sterilizing instruments, stocking supplies, and keeping our beautiful treatment and break areas tidy and organized. Salary Range full-time $18 - $25 per hour - Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience. Requirements Registered dental assistant / Certified dental assistant Licensure: Must be a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) in the state of Texas. Personality: You are naturally "fun and warm." You enjoy chatting with patients and maintaining a positive vibe in the office. Professionalism: You take pride in your work, stay organized, and show up ready to support your team.
