Associate Business Analyst

POSITION: Associate Business Analyst
FULLTIME: ASAP - 9/30/26 (LOA Coverage)
LOCATION: REMOTE (Based out of Fort Mill, SC)
SCHEDULE: 40 Hours Week
PAY RANGE: $21.40/HR

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Working with business departments, drive process improvement through seeking out and identifying opportunities and business process definition by defining and documenting processes and procedures.
Assess and document training needs, communicate existence of new process.
Document business processes, training procedures, standard operating procedures, project status, etc.
Oversees projects for business departments and/or acts as a liaison/strategic partner between FAC and government entities, vendors, corporations and other divisions to define business processes and/or generate, update and create various products and services.
When new processes are identified, may hand off to Project Management Team for implementation.
Gathers information on business process and procedures. Receives/identifies problem or process, researches alternatives, contributes to presentations, tests to confirm, and participates in implementing solutions for defined business processes.
Assists in creating documentation of business processes, training procedures, and standard operating procedures. Generate standard reports.

Skills:
Good written and verbal communication skills. Standard MS skill set. Employees entering this job typically have less than one year of directly related experience.
Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• May on occasion be exposed to loud sounds and distracting noise levels, such as from office equipment.
• The ability to lift up to 30lbs
• Use of computers and technology
