About the Position

We are seeking a Locums Family Medicine Physician for an outpatient opportunity in Albuquerque, New Mexico. This position offers a predictable Monday–Friday schedule with no call, no late clinic, and no after-hours charting.

Position Highlights

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

• No late clinic

• 100% outpatient

• Average 8–14 patients per day

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions.

• Perform comprehensive physical examinations.

• Develop individualized treatment plans.

• Provide preventive and wellness care.

• Order and interpret diagnostic testing.

• Coordinate specialty referrals when appropriate.

• Manage patients across the full spectrum of outpatient primary care.

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.

• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible

• Board Certification/Eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

• Active New Mexico medical license

• BLS required

• DEA registration required

• Minimum 2–3 years of clinical experience
