About Our Client The company operates in the insurance industry in Thornhill. Job Description Monitor servers, networks, and core systems to identify issues early and maintain reliable service. Investigate and resolve system incidents, documenting solutions to support consistent issue resolution. Manage user accounts, access permissions, and system configurations to maintain appropriate access. Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and operating systems used across the company. Complete routine system maintenance, updates, and backups to help protect system availability. Review system performance and capacity, identifying practical improvements to maintain stable operations. Work with technology colleagues and business users to understand technical needs and address service requests. Maintain clear technical documentation for system settings, changes, and recurring support procedures. They will demonstrate strong technical troubleshooting abilities, an understanding of infrastructure security best practices, and familiarity with system monitoring, maintenance, and performance optimization. Experience supporting business-critical applications and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders will be highly valuable. The ideal individual will communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users, prioritize competing demands, and maintain a customer-focused approach.
