Returns Process Improvement Specialist

Ashley Furniture is seeking a Returns role to resolve issues in the return process, ensuring proper coding and sustainable, error-free handling. The candidate will follow up with Home Stores and Distribution Centers to identify root causes and communicate findings to senior management.
