**$2,500 Sign-on Bonus** Interim CVOR Nurse Educator

Interim CVOR Nurse Educator Start Date: ASAP. Pay Rate: $165,000.00 - $175,000.00 Responsibilities Support and build a growing CVOR education program within a high-acuity academic medical center environment. Report to the Director of Perioperative Services and oversee approximately 30 FTEs. Develop and implement CVOR education programs, mentor and support preceptors, onboard new staff, collaborate with surgeons and interdisciplinary teams, and help expand procedural complexity and case volume within the department. Provide leadership in a Level I academic or similarly complex environment, including cardiac scrub experience; Cardiac First Assist experience is highly preferred. Be highly organized, patient-focused, and adaptable to changing needs; excellent communication skills are critical. Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance. Requirements Bachelor’s degree required. Active RN license required; DC RN license strongly preferred. Minimum 3-5 years CVOR circulator experience required. Experience within a Level I academic medical center or similarly complex surgical environment strongly preferred. Compensation Annual range: $165,000 - $175,000. Final compensation rate based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations. Potential eligibility for comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance coverage and retirement benefits. Base compensation range is an estimate and may be subject to future adjustments.
