Table & Banter Hospitality is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to join our team at Café 300, located within Building 300 at The Park. Serving The Connell Company's corporate offices and a respected community of professional tenants. This role is the foundation of our kitchen operations, ensuring our culinary team has the clean equipment, organized workspace, and operational support needed to serve guests with efficiency and excellence. As a Utility Dishwasher, you'll play an essential role in creating exceptional dining experiences from behind the scenes. By maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment, you'll provide the operational support our culinary team depends on to deliver outstanding food and hospitality every day. Success in this role comes from accuracy, attention to detail, efficiency, and a strong commitment to teamwork.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Support a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment by washing, sanitizing, and properly storing dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment in accordance with food safety standards.
• Maintain the rhythm and efficiency of kitchen operations by anticipating the needs of the culinary team, responding with urgency during peak service periods, and ensuring clean equipment and organized workspaces are always available.
• Contribute to a safe and welcoming work environment by maintaining the cleanliness of kitchen workspaces, floors, storage areas, and dishwashing stations.
• Assist with utility and kitchen support responsibilities, including waste removal, equipment cleaning, and other operational tasks that keep the kitchen running smoothly.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards while maintaining a commitment to quality, cleanliness, and operational excellence.
• Work collaboratively with culinary and front-of-house team members to ensure seamless service and an exceptional experience for every guest.
• Demonstrate reliability, efficiency, and a team-first mindset by supporting the overall success of the kitchen and hospitality operation each day.

What Sets You Apart

• Previous experience in a restaurant, hospitality, food service, or kitchen environment is welcomed, but not required.
