Delivery Driver / Courier (Non-CDL) – Earn $750–$950+/Week + Paid Training
Pittston, PA (Serving the Greater Scranton Area)

Looking for a stable, full-time Delivery Driver opportunity with consistent pay, predictable routes, and a team that supports you from day one?

TAA Logistics, an independent service provider for FedEx, is hiring Delivery Drivers / Couriers / Package Delivery Drivers (Non-CDL) to deliver packages across rural and suburban routes in the Scranton–Wilkes-Barre area.

No CDL required. Delivery experience is helpful, but strong work ethic, reliability, and customer focus matter most.

Pay & Benefits

• Earn $750–$950+ per week
• Guaranteed minimum pay: $150/day
• Paid training: $100/day (approximately 1 week)
• Weekly pay
• Performance bonus opportunities based on route quality and driver evaluations
• Additional earning opportunities through attendance, consistency, safety, and strong delivery performance
• Company vehicle provided
• Uniforms provided
• 5 PTO days after 1 year (Full-Time)

Optional 6th day available
Opportunity to earn up to $1,050+/week with bonus potential

Schedule

Full-Time

• Tuesday–Saturday
• Wednesday–Sunday

Start Time: 8:30 AM
End Time: Route completion

What You’ll Do

• Arrive at terminal and load assigned vehicle
• Complete vehicle safety inspections
• Deliver and scan packages accurately
• Navigate efficiently using GPS
• Safely lift and move packages up to 150 lbs
• Maintain excellent safety and service standards

Typical Route Volume

• Rural routes: approximately 70–90 stops/day
• Suburban routes: up to 140 stops/day

Qualifications

• 21+ years old
• Valid driver’s license
• Clean Motor Vehicle Report
• Delivery, courier, warehouse, moving, landscaping, construction, or manual labor experience welcomed
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather
• Must pass:
  • Background check
  • Motor vehicle review
  • Drug screening
  • Employer-paid DOT physical

No CDL required
