As a valued Paraprofessional, you’ll play a key role in fostering a positive and productive learning environment, working alongside teachers and school staff, and supporting students’ diverse needs throughout the school day.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Experience as a Paraprofessional or in a related educational support capacity
• Comfortable working with K-12 students across various academic and functional levels
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, therapists, and specialists to support instructional activities
• Patient, reliable, and enthusiastic about helping students succeed
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Familiarity with school-based processes and protocols preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist lead teachers in classroom instruction and behavior management
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students, including those with special needs
• Help implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment
• Monitor classroom activities and provide feedback to teaching staff
• Support students with transitions, mobility, and daily routines as needed

This role offers the opportunity to work a steady Monday–Friday schedule for 40 hours per week throughout the full school year, beginning as soon as possible.
