Responsibilities Processing levies and seizures Information requests of all types: subpoenas, police inquiries, member & non-member inquiries Complaints and disputes Credit union document research Providing administrative support for the legal team Other questions and matters received by Legal What is the schedule? Our hours for this position are 8:00 am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday. Sometimes giving top‑notch member service may require a little overtime, but we value work‑life‑balance and do our best to limit this. Does your skillset and experience line up? A high school diploma or equivalent 6 months or more of related experience is preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Suite of Products (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.) Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) A high attention to detail A good attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn Ability to handle sensitive information responsibly and adhere to strict confidentiality Thank you for choosing Leaders! #J-18808-Ljbffr Leaders Credit Union
