Automotive Service Manager

You are highly organized, an excellent communicator, and deliver numbers and results while working harmoniously with both internal and external customers. You are focused on achieving excellence with customer service while meeting and exceeding financial goals. Must have at least 5 years of relatable experience managing a high‑volume shop or multiple shops. Independent or national chain experience preferred. Job Duties Team leader. Responsible for shop goals. Maintain shop morale. Greet clients and maintain showroom. Schedule appointments. Serve as main point of contact for clients, relaying diagnosis, recommendations, etc. Work as a team to ensure all clients are taken care of. Receiving, ordering, and posting parts. Review digital inspections. Requirements Automotive experience. Detail oriented. Valid driver’s license. Sales experience. Organized. Positive attitude with a collaborative mindset. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with a customer satisfaction focus. Strong time management and multi‑tasking abilities. Manage client experience from beginning to end.
