Club Accountant

The Club Accountant plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day financial and administrative operations of the Club. This individual partners closely with Club leadership and corporate accounting to ensure accurate financial reporting, smooth payroll processing, and overall operational support. Key Responsibilities Manage daily revenue reconciliation and cash deposit activities Process bi-weekly payroll from entry through finalization Monitor and track commission and bonus payouts Perform vendor reconciliations and assist with collections and bad debt follow-up Maintain and monitor system access and controls Prepare and distribute weekly and periodic financial reports to Club leadership Review membership applications for accuracy and compliance with Club policies and legal requirements Support general office operations, including supply ordering and administrative system maintenance Assist department heads with payroll, benefits, and employee-related administrative processes Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and financial procedures Qualifications Working knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles Ability to pass a background and credit check due to the nature of the role High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred Minimum of 2 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience required Previous experience in a private club, hospitality, resort, or service‑oriented environment preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism #J-18808-Ljbffr Heritage Golf Group
