Submit 10–12 Qualified Candidates Weekly: Deliver top-tier talent to our clients with speed, quality, and precision. Generate 8+ Business Development Leads Weekly: Uncover opportunities from your desk through meaningful MPA conversations, Bullhorn tracking, and strategic use of marketing assets. Execute the AccruePartners Business System: Participate in every intake session to align expectations. Craft compelling Go-to-Market messages. Leverage data-driven insights from market and talent analytics. Run efficient and targeted searches. Own the process through candidate prep, debriefs, and reference checks. Conduct Quality Check (QC) Calls: Stay connected to talent post-placement to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
