Manufacturing Facility Cleaning & Custodial Support

Openwork is hiring an experienced and dependable Custodial Associate to support a manufacturing facility in Denton, TX 76207 . This position is responsible for maintaining clean, organized, and safe production and common areas throughout the facility.

Qualified candidates must have at least 2 years of custodial, janitorial, or industrial cleaning experience . Previous experience working in a manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial facility is strongly preferred .

Position at a Glance

Location: Denton, TX 76207
Pay: $18.00 per hour | Weekly Pay
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Shift: 1st Shift
Employment Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
Overtime: Required as needed

What You'll Be Doing:

• Perform general cleaning throughout the manufacturing facility.
• Sweep production floors and common work areas.
• Collect and remove trash.
• Perform restroom cleaning as needed.
• Maintain clean and organized production and common areas.
• Use standard cleaning supplies and equipment safely.
• Follow facility safety and housekeeping procedures.
• Complete assigned cleaning tasks independently and efficiently.
• Assist with additional custodial duties as needed.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

• Minimum 2 years of custodial, janitorial, or industrial cleaning experience — REQUIRED.
• Manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial facility cleaning experience strongly preferred.
• Comfortable cleaning production areas, common areas, and restrooms.
• Ability to safely use standard cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical cleaning duties throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working in an active manufacturing environment.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
• Strong attention to cleanliness and workplace safety.
• Available to work overtime as needed.
