Construction Worker - Industrial

Candidates for this position must reside within a 30 mile radius from the project site.


Job Responsibilities

• Perform tasks involving physical labor.
• Safely operate hand and power tools of various types.
• Maintain a safe and clean job site by handling materials and storing them properly, picking up and removing all tools and equipment when not in use, and securing the job site on a daily basis.
• Assist others in all trades.
• Follow instructions and have the ability to learn.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Ability to perform physical work in all types of weather conditions.
• Heavy construction or industrial experience is a plus.
• Positive attitude and effective communication.
• Able to work as a team player.
• Commitment to safety.
• Willingness to learn.
• Willing to travel the Southern New England region.

Compensation is determined based on factors such as experience, knowledge, qualifications, and performance. The compensation range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00 and is exclusive of any other benefit and/or bonus. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future and continued growth.
