Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements Bachelor‘s, Master‘s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC CPR certification required Physical Therapy license required Master‘s required Home health experience required Assignment Details Monday through Friday schedule. 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. 40 hours per week. Includes holidays. No on-call or weekend requirement. Coverage area includes Schuylkill County. Mileage is reimbursed between visits, from first patient to last patient. Productivity expectation is 30 points. Dress code is business casual with professional appearance.
