Job Full Opportunity Brief Title: Director, Legal Counsel Category: Jobs Organiser: PayPal Description: PayPal is seeking a highly experienced lawyer to join its legal team as Director, Legal Counsel. The successful candidate will partner with business leaders to support initiatives across PayPal’s FIAT digital wallet products and other product experiences. Responsibilities include providing strategic legal advice, influencing business strategy, managing regulatory and legal risks, and ensuring compliance with consumer protection and fintech regulations. The role operates under a balanced hybrid work model. Eligibility: Applicants must hold a Juris Doctorate degree and have a minimum of 10 years of relevant legal experience. Preferred qualifications include admission to a state bar, experience in an in-house position advising on consumer product legal matters, and expertise in the fintech or consumer financial services space.
