Board Certified Behavior Analyst Remote

Salary: $82,000 - 106,000 per year Requirements:

• Masters degree in psychology, special education, or a related discipline
• Current BCBA certification is required
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
• Proven leadership and management abilities
• Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a treatment team
• Proficiency with systems such as CentralReach
• Suitable for both experienced BCBAs and new graduates who are eager to contribute

• Deliver behavioral analysis services to children with autism and related conditions in home and community settings
• Develop, monitor, and revise instructional programs across language, social, and communication areas
• Train paraprofessional staff on how to implement instructional plans and behavior support strategies
• Work under the guidance of our Executive Director and Clinical Director
• Contribute as a dependable, organized, flexible, and team-oriented member of our clinical group
