Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution training is beneficial. Experience Requirements Previous reach truck, order picker, turret truck, or warehouse experience preferred Experience operating powered industrial equipment is highly desirable Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently Ability to complete basic forms, checklists, and inventory documentation Job Duties Safely operate stand-up reach trucks, order pickers, and turret trucks Move, stack, and organize inbound and outbound materials Pick, assemble, and stage customer orders for shipment Transport products between receiving, storage, and shipping areas Load and unload materials from warehouse locations Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and report safety concerns Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow warehouse procedures and complete additional duties as assigned Physical Capabilities Composite-toe or steel-toe shoes required Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials and packages weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely work around warehouse equipment, conveyors, and moving inventory.
