Account Executive - Ambulatory Cardiac Monitoring

Baxter seeks an Account Executive for ambulatory cardiac monitoring sales in the Miami metropolitan area. The role involves driving medical device sales to hospitals and physicians while building relationships and achieving sales targets in a competitive healthcare environment.
Responsibilities
- Drive medical device sales to physicians, hospitals, and healthcare systems in assigned territory
- Develop and maintain sales pipeline through prospecting and closing new business opportunities
- Build stakeholder relationships and identify champions within hospital systems
- Deliver sales presentations and educate healthcare providers on cardiac monitoring solutions
- Maintain CRM compliance and regulatory documentation requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 2+ years sales experience, or 8+ years sales experience with high school diploma
- Medical device sales background preferred
- Cardiology experience preferred
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales goals and market share growth
- Complex deal negotiation and closing skills
- Strong presentation, communication, and active listening abilities
- Self-motivated with resilience and willingness to travel
Compensation: $80,000-$90,000 base annually, plus sales incentive compensation
