- Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to determine the mental health status of clients. \n

- Participate in team meetings and case discussions, contributing insights and collaborating with multidisciplinary colleagues for enhanced patient care. \n
Your work will directly impact individuals experiencing a variety of mental health challenges, including but not limited to substance abuse disorders, depression, anxiety, and eating disorders. You will encounter a diverse population, requiring a deep understanding of cultural and socioeconomic factors that influence mental health. With a focus on providing empathetic and culturally responsive care, you will help clients navigate their unique journeys toward recovery.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required. \n
- Possession of a current and valid state license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW is essential. \n
- A minimum of four years of relevant experience in a mental health counseling setting is required. \n
- A comprehensive understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatments, paired with the ability to apply culturally competent therapeutic approaches. \n

The compensation for this full-time Licensed Mental Health Counselor position ranges between USD 70,000 and 100,000 annually, competitive within the telehealth market.
