We're currently seeking an experienced, full-time Chiropractic Assistant for our busy Ocala and The Villages, Florida locations. What You'll DoServe as the welcoming face of the practice, creating an experience that builds trust, loyalty, and word-of-mouth referralsManage daily front-desk operations of a busy chiropractic practice: scheduling, answering phones, patient therapies, and completing new patient packetsOwn patient scheduling and reactivation keeping the calendar full, following up with patients, and helping minimize no-shows and drop-offsSupport new patient onboarding and help patients understand and stay committed to their care plansTrack and report on daily and weekly metrics that measure patient flow, retention, and practice performancePartner with the doctors and care team to identify opportunities to improve patient experience, conversion, and office efficiencyContribute to a positive, growth-minded culture that reflects the AlignLife missionQualificationsHigh school diploma or GED equivalent; Medical Assistant background preferred1+ years in a similar patient-facing or front-desk healthcare environment preferredStrong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced settingExperience with office management and supervisory responsibilitiesA people-first, growth-oriented mindset and genuine enthusiasm for helping patients and the practice thriveComfort with scheduling systems, phones, and basic reporting/metrics
