Part-Time Seasonal Warehouse Associate II

Seasonal Fulfillment Associate II position in an auto glass company. Assigned May to September, duration may change with business needs. The role supports field operations by preparing glass for distribution. Responsibilities Operate material handling equipment (forklift, reach truck, or order picker) up to 40 feet high. Perform daily warehouse tasks such as pallet breakdown, dunnage preparation, and inventory replenishment. Use handheld RF scanners to receive, pick, ship, or locate inventory. Adhere to safety and personal protective equipment requirements. Maintain a secure and clean work area through general housekeeping. Build steel pallets for inventory replenishment. Assist with off‑loading tractor trailers by hand. Complete other duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum age 18 years. Experience operating material handling equipment such as an order picker, forklift, or reach truck. Weight limit of 300 pounds to operate order picker (must weigh under 300 lbs). Physical strength to move or lift objects up to 35 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds. Comfortable working in a range of environmental conditions, including seasonal heat or cold. Must remain stationary for long shifts. Punctuality and consistent attendance to support teammates. Positive attitude with focus on exceptional service. Compensation & Benefits Part‑time position averaging 20–30 hours per week; includes Saturday rotation. Pay rate $21.50 per hour. Weekly payment on Fridays.
